The Law Association hosted the Organization of the Commonwealth Caribbean Bar Associations’ (OCCBA) Distinguished Lecture in Honour of the late Ashton Chase OE, SC on Tuesday 21 November 2023. The lecture was presented by the outgoing President of the Industrial Court of Trinidad and Tobago, the Honourable Madame Justice Deborah Thomas-Felix. The OCCBA, through one of its Vice Presidents, Ms Sophia K Chote SC, on Wednesday, 3 April 2024, took the opportunity to extend its gratitude to the Honourable Madame Justice Deborah Thomas-Felix for her presentation of the lecture in honour of the late Ashton Chase OE, SC.
