Dear Members,

Please be advised that effective immediately all payments of practising fees must be made at the Registry in Port-of-Spain or the sub-registries in Tobago and San Fernando by way of personal cheques or banker’s drafts made payable to the ‘Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago’. We further advise that all contributions to the Compensation Fund must similarly be paid by way of personal cheque or banker’s drafts made payable to the ‘The Registrar of the Supreme Court’.

Members are reminded to ensure that they receive an original receipt and an original tax invoice re: practising fees, and to collect their Practising Certificates in a timely fashion. Please report any irregularities by email to admin@lawassociationtt.com

These measures will remain in place until further notice.
