| Hearing Type Offered | Description |
| Settlement Conferencing | A Settlement Conference is where two opposing parties, with their respective legal counsel, of a lawsuit meet to mutually settle a dispute without having a trial. Typically a judge or a neutral third party presides over the session. This is typically ideal in civil matters such as child custody matters, personal injury lawsuits and contract disputes. |
| Arbitration | A legal technique for the resolution of disputes outside the courts, where the parties to a dispute refer the issues for resolution to one or more persons (the “arbitrators”, “arbiters” or “arbitral tribunal”), by whose decision (the “award”) they agree to be bound. |
