Please see attached the captioned Practice Direction issued by the Supreme Court which provides for measures to be implemented with immediate from the 16th March 2020 to the 17th April, 2020 (“this period”). Members are advised that all hearings are suspended during this period save and except for all such matters as provided for in said Practice Direction.

Members are urged to carefully consider the contents of the Practice Direction.

Members are further encouraged to routinely check their emails (including junk and spam) and visit the Judiciary’s website for updates and communicate with the respective Judicial Support Officers and Court Offices accordingly.
