Please be advised that after discussions with the Supreme Court the Law Association has been informed that matters that are becoming statute barred under the Limitation of Certain Actions Act Chapter 7:09 may be filed at the respective Registries during ‘this period’ (16th March, 2020 to the 17th April, 2020 inclusive) [Trinidad and Tobago Gazette No. 30 Vol 59 dated the 16th March, 2020] but must be accompanied by a Certificate of Urgency.
