Dear Members:

We regret to announce the passing of our member, Mr. Daniel Fitzwilliam, who passed away on Monday 22nd May 2017 after a remarkably courageous embrace of his love of life and family, despite significant health challenges. Mr. Fitzwilliam was admitted to practise in 1979 and throughout, practised with the firm Fitzwilliam, Stone, Furness-Smith & Morgan. He will be remembered for his passion for the law and as a leading practioner in commercial law. The Law Association is saddened by his passing and extends its sincere condolences to the family, friends, partners and associates of Mr. Fitzwilliam.

The funeral of the late Mr. Fitzwilliam will take place at the St. Finbar’s R.C. Church, Morne Coco Road, Diego Martin at 10:30 a.m. on Monday 29th May 2017.
