Dear Members:

With regard to the subject at caption please be advised that the Law Association received an email from Kerri-Ann Oliverie, Assistant Registrar and Deputy Marshall on March 23, 2018 informing us that four (4) Attorneys-at-Law, “Wilston Campbell”, “Cecil Pope”, “Hugh Jacobs”, and “Krishna Kantasingh”, have been suspended from practising as Attorneys-at-Law in Trinidad and Tobago. Annotations were inserted into the Roll of Attorneys-at-Law on the 6th March 2018 and same was gazetted in Gazette No 27 of 2018 dated 8th March 2018. A copy of the Gazette is attached for your reference.

In the event the status of these Attorneys change, the Registrar has indicated that she would inform us and provide us with a copy of the relevant Gazette.

Please also note that the Judges of the Court of Appeal, High Court, Masters and Magistrates have been notified of the suspension.
