On behalf of the Dispute Resolution Board and Dispute Resolution Centre (DRC), I write to invite members to attend a Workshop hosted by the Dispute Resolution Board and the DRC. The Workshop, which has as its theme “Dispute Avoidance and Resolution through Dispute Boards” will take place on August 24 & 25, 2017 at the T&T Chamber of Industry & Commerce, Westmoorings from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Mr. Robert A. Cedeno, Attorney-at-Law, FCIArb and Registered Civil Engineer (BOETT) will be the Facilitator.

This interactive training course will introduce delegates to Dispute Board (DB, DAB, DRB, DAP) best practice and procedures, and use case studies to involve delegates in considering the processes of establishing and working with Dispute Boards as well as looking at the contractual basis for their operation. The course is aimed at construction consultants, engineers, contractors, lawyers and employers who already are experienced in major construction projects, for those who are users of Dispute Boards, and for those who are potential Dispute Board members.
