Justice Gillian Lucky, and is scheduled for Thursday 16th November, 2017 from 1.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. at the Convocation Hall, Hall of Justice, Knox Street, Port of Spain. Registration will be open from 1.00 p.m. so that we can start promptly at 1.30 p.m.
