Dear Members:

The  Committee to examine the Constitutional Arrangements of the Appointment  of Judges launched its public outreach at a news conference held at the  Law Association’s offices today.

We invite all members of the profession and the public to attend the first consultation which will be held tomorrow 21 November 2017 at the Government Campus Auditorium, Richmond Street, Port of Spain.

The  Committee would greatly benefit from receiving the views of the public  and the legal fraternity so as to ensure the widest possible  participation in this process.

We  remind you that you are also free to write your recommendations and  submit them to the Committee at the Law Association’s offices.

We look forward to a lively and fruitful meeting.
